Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• Pay: Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
