• Pay:
• Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
• $1,500 per week
• Plus accessorials

• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

• $1,500 in Week 1
• $1,200 in Week 2
• $2,300 within 120 days
• $5,000 within 180 days

Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months on flatbed
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
