Job summary

Absolute Group is hiring a Truck Driver for its trucking division. The role requires at least one year of operating experience and a Class A or B CDL with airbrakes. You will transport materials using dump trucks and side dump trailers, while upholding safety and DOT regulations on construction projects.

Expect in-state travel and possible overnight stays. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours based on project timelines.

Job description

We’re looking to hire a Truck Driver to join our Absolute Group Trucking Division. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of operating experience and a Class A or B CDL with airbrakes. Truck Drivers are responsible for transporting materials to-and-from job sites using dump trucks andside dump trailers. Truck Drivers must be able to think critically and use good judgement in order to detect, minimize and eliminate hazards on construction projects. Truck Drivers must also comply with safety and DOT regulations and are required to complete continuous training.Some infrastructure construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating trucks and a Class A or B CDL without airbrake restrictionsand a clean driving record. Additionally, all candidates must have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
