This position offers a MONDAY TO FRIDAY schedule, paid holidays & paid time off, and you’ll be home on weekends!

The Warehouse Route Driver position is based in Manchester, NH. Employee pay depends on experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

Summary
The Truck Driver delivers products to/from customers, branch/warehouse locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). Ensures timely, correct, and damage-free deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect vehicle daily and complete inspection reports.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report repairs.
• Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws.
• Load/unload vehicle; verify order accuracy and condition.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation thoroughly.
• Handle material returns and pickups from suppliers.
• Mentor entry-level drivers and support warehouse duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Attend company driver training if no experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 21 years old.
• Pass pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record reviews.
• Verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days.
• No recent suspended licenses or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Handle loads up to 26,000 GVW.
• Knowledge of safety and traffic laws.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Work overtime as needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Includes exposure to noise, heat/cold, electrical hazards, and physical demands like sitting, walking, handling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
