Primary Responsibility / Summary

Drive a bobtail truck or van as assigned to deliver and collect goods. Schedule is from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Inspect vehicle regularly and complete daily inspection forms.
2. Follow company safety procedures and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations.
3. Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
4. Load, secure, and unload goods.
5. Complete assigned route efficiently.
6. Accurately fill out all related paperwork.
7. Maintain a friendly, cooperative attitude and be well-groomed at all times.
8. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
9. Possess a valid California driver’s license; driving records must meet insurance requirements.
10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of Class C driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of bobtail trucks preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of brake experience required.
