High school diploma or GED, plus 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities. Vision and balance are also necessary.
Must possess a Group B CDL with a safe driving record. Ability to work extra hours and knowledge of DOT regulations, freight documentation, and OSHA standards are required. This position is safety-sensitive under Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593.
