Northwest Arkansas Food Bank is hiring a truck driver to pick up, deliver, and transfer goods and equipment using NWAFB vehicles. The role requires a dependable, customer-focused individual who supports the organization’s mission of feeding neighbors in Northwest Arkansas.
As a public-facing member, you will help foster goodwill and may cross-train for other tasks to assist in daily operations. This position supports teamwork and community impact within our network.
The Driver utilizes NWAFB equipment to pick up, deliver, and or transfer goods, supplies, and/or equipment as business needs require. As one of the most publicly seen personnel of the NWAFB, the Driver helps generate goodwill from the community toward the NWAFB through a willing and capable presence, and exemplary customer service. The Driver also cross-trains to assist with other organizational tasks.

Northwest Arkansas Food Bank is one of six Feeding America Food Banks in Arkansas. It is our desire for healthy food to reach the kitchen tables of our neighbors as quickly as possible. We are encouraged by the numbers that reflect this effort. The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank currently has more than 110 agency partners ranging from food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and many more. In 2023, we distributed more than 14 million pounds of food to those in need through our agency partners, Feed Rogers, and Mobile and School Pantries.
The Food Bank works to distribute food to those who are food insecure in our community while forming strong relationships with businesses, non-profit organizations, and others in the community who share the passion to end hunger in Northwest Arkansas.
