Job summary

Hanes Geo Components (a division of Leggett & Platt) in Vancouver, WA is seeking a CDL-B Local Deliver Driver to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly rate, no nights or weekends, and a weekly paycheck.

The role requires a Class B CDL, one year of verifiable truck driving experience, and the ability to operate a forklift. Duties include local delivering and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Class B CDL License.
• Cooperative attitude to work effectively with others.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Must conduct himself/herself as an agent of the company and deal with the customers with proper care and attention.
• Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.

WAREHOUSE DUTIES:

• Warehousework will be required when not delivering goods.
• Handling daily shipping and receiving of goods
• Safely operating a forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Accurately locating material in the warehouse
• Knowledge of bar-coding system
• Inventory control methods
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.
