Penske Logistics seeks qualified CDL Class A drivers for full-time, home-daily work in Delaware, OH. You’ll handle multi-stop deliveries for automotive dealerships using Penske trucks with safety-focused equipment.

Expected pay averages about $90,000 yearly with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include vacation from day one, health/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, retirement plans, uniforms, and referral programs. AM dispatch, 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with <=2 moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal/state laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• DOT-regulated, safety-sensitive role; must stay alert and safe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-stop shipments of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailers using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Complete about 20 stops per week.

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using electric and manual pallet jacks
• 20 stops per week

Schedule:

• 5-day work week

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
