Penske Logistics invites qualified Class A CDL truck drivers to join our nationwide fleet in Marion, OH. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 3:00 PM start, home daily on a dedicated route, no-touch freight, and consistent weekly hours.

You will drive late-model Penske trucks with best-in-class specs, perform pre/post trip inspections, drop-and-hook deliveries, and escalate repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations
• English language proficiency required
• Complete Penske employment application, background check and drug screening
• This is a safety-sensitive DOT-regulated role

Responsibilities

• Safely perform drop-and-hook and live-load deliveries to customers
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tractors and equipment
• Escalate equipment repair needs promptly
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and dispatch

Job description

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $95500 annually
• Home daily, dedicated route position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations
• Additional safety and performance incentives available, up to $6600 annually

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all
• 53' trailers and automatic day cabs

What you will do:

• Safely perform drop-and-hook and live-load deliveries of manufacturing components to customers
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on all tractors and equipment used
• Escalate equipment repair needs in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and dispatch

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 PM start time
• Average 55 to 65 hours per week
• Overtime may be required based on customer production needs, including Saturday, or Sunday coverage

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
