Pay and Schedule

• Weekly pay: $1400 - $1800 or more
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.49 per mile with 1200 miles/week
• Stops Pay: $29.48 per stop with 40 stops/week
• Paid training
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday, start time 6:00 am

Route and Equipment

• Local home daily routes within a 25-mile radius
• Type: Day cab tractor, flatbed trailers (28’, 36', 48')
• Equipment: Mounted forklift
• Freight: Retail goods, load securement only
• Ryder provides training on all equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check (last 3 years)
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Class A experience: 9 months in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and regulations
