Job summary

Penske Logistics in Perrysburg, OH is hiring CDL Class A Truck Drivers as full-time floaters. You will drive late-model Penske equipment, perform no-touch, drop-and-hook deliveries, and be home daily on a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM.

The position offers an excellent benefits package, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, average annual earnings around $94,730, and opportunities for safety and performance incentives up to $6,600 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required for safety-sensitive work.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-Time Class A Floater Truck Drivers

• $26.00 per hour + OT after 40 hours
• Average $94,730 annually

• Late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• 53' automatic day-cab tractors

What you will do:

• Work as a floater across different routes and assignments

• Operate safely and efficiently throughout your assigned routes

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday
• 6 PM to 6 AM
• 60 hours per week
• Home daily

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
