Job description

Join our team at Sigma Continental, where we are actively hiring experienced CDL A regional/local truck drivers. As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground at the Pittston station, we offer exciting opportunities. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and weekend local spot drivers. This position requires a CDL-A. At Sigma Continental, our mission is to ensure timely, courteous, and professional experiences for both our team members and customers. CDL Driver Schedule/Shifts:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend shifts are available to accommodate different preferences and availability.
• AM positions are dispatched between 9 AM and 10 AM.
• PM positions are dispatched between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM.

• 2022 Freightliner Cascadia 126 Automatic: Operate modern and reliable equipment, specifically the latest model of the Freightliner Cascadia 126 with automatic transmission.

Compensation:

• Earn $1,000 to $1,500 per week (Paid Weekly)
• Bonus Pay
• Safety Bonus Pay

Vacation and Time Off:

• 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment
• Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years of employment

• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days

Qualifications:

To be eligible for the position, you need to meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21
• Valid Class-A CDL
• 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years
• Doubles Endorsement (Doubles experience not required, but endorsement must be obtained prior to the start date)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No cell phone or texting tickets
