Truck Driver - Class A CDL (Transportation)

Organization:

Our mission is to transform lives and communities through education, training, and employment. We are seeking a Truck Driver to drive trucks, move trailers, and support our retail operations.

Summary/Objective:
Operate trucks and trailers, load and unload at warehouse and store sites using pallet jacks or forklifts, assist with baler operations, deliver to contracts as needed, and stack materials with forklifts. Make scheduled runs promptly, understand ISO requirements, and assist in training the Truck Driver Trainee.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current, valid Class A CDL Kansas Driver's License.
• Able to perform strenuous physical activities.
• Must be insurable and pass a DOT physical.
• May be required to complete a road test.

Physical Strength:

• Lift, push, pull while standing up to 50 pounds daily; sometimes over 100 pounds.
• Carry, push, pull while moving up to 50 pounds daily; sometimes over 100 pounds.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. At least one year of driving experience with CDL, tractor-trailer. Good driving record. Forklift and driving experience, with the ability to pass forklift certification training.
