Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Oregon is seeking a full-time driver with Class A CDL and 3+ years of long-haul experience. You will operate flatbed, curtain van, roll top, or stepdeck trailers along the I‑5 corridor and other western states, ensuring safe and compliant transportation.

The role includes mileage-based pay, per diem, loading and tarping duties, and bonuses through incentive programs, with benefits such as 401(k) and health, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate on I5 corridor and western states.
• Experience with cargo safety and vehicle maintenance.

We are seeking a full-time driver with experience in flatbed, curtain van, roll top, or stepdeck trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operating trucks along the I5 corridor and other western states.
• Ensuring safe transportation of loads with well-maintained Kenworth trucks equipped with amenities such as satellite radio, TV, fridge, microwave, inverter, and bunk heater.
• Managing mileage-based pay, including per diem, loading, tarping, detention, and incentive programs.
• Adhering to company philosophy of collaboration and contributing to the company’s success.

Qualifications And Skills

• Class A license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle long-distance driving and cargo safety.

Key Duties

• Driving an average of 2,200 to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Maintaining vehicle condition and compliance.
