Job summary

Penske Logistics is hiring CDL Class B delivery drivers for home-daily routes in Michigan. Annual average pay is around $82,500 with safety incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Positions involve multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships, loading/unloading, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 9PM–11PM dispatch. The role requires a valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, DOT medical card, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class B CDL and DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of relevant commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR should show two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries to auto dealerships.
• Unload trailers using pallet jacks (electric and manual).
• Manage 18–23 stops per week and adhere to schedule.

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using electric and manual pallet jacks
• 18 to 23 stops per week

Schedule:

• 5-day work week, Monday through Friday
• 9PM to 11PM dispatch

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
