Job summary

Penske Logistics is hiring CDL Class B delivery drivers for a home-daily route. You will perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships, unloading with pallet jacks and scanning products as you go. This full-time role offers a dedicated route and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Must be domiciled in the U.S. and have a state license.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented driving experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations/accidents.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency per federal law.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
• Role is safety-sensitive under DOT.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Home Daily Class B Delivery Truck Drivers

• Average $93872 annually
• Additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually
• $5000 sign on bonus

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Dispatch time 12:15am
• 5 day schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Average 55 hours per week
• Home daily

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
