Truck Drivers CDL Class B - Local - Day Shift

Full-Time, with start times around 7 or 8 am.

Minimum Requirements:

• Driver must be at least 23 years old
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience driving a Class C Straight Truck
• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the past year
• Clean MVR is a plus
• Valid Class B License

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate the vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with DOT Driver Log, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Label, sign, and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads, equipment, and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation
• Operate pallet jacks, two-wheel hand trucks, and lift-gates to assist in P&D operations
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Read maps or utilize GPS effectively
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
