Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a home-daily, local shuttle route in New York. The position starts at 12 PM on a 5-day schedule with 45–50 hours per week and overtime after 40 hours.

Drivers operate late-model Penske trucks with safety features and strong support from a nationwide logistics network. The role includes comprehensive benefits, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for advancement within Penske’s respected transportation and warehousing

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S.
• Must hold a current DOT medical card
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience (last 3 years) or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer violations or accidents
• English language proficiency required by federal law
• Background check and drug screening required

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Earn $28.00 per hour, overtime after 40 hours
• Shuttle route, 12 PM start time
• Local, home daily

What you will do:

• Shuttle trailers of parts and supplies

Schedule:

• Start time 12 PM
• 5 day schedule - Monday through Friday
• Average 45 to 50 hours per week
• Home daily

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
