Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Canastota, NY. For more info, call Irma or text "Canastota" to 915-291-6428. Learn more about Ryder.

Pay and Schedule:

• Weekly pay: $0.65 per mile for 2200-2600 miles/week
• Stop pay: $21.75 per stop (5-10 stops/week)
• Per diem: $27.05/night (3-4 nights/week)
• Paid training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday or Tuesday - Sunday
• Start times: AM and PM dispatch

Deliver to GA, NE, Canada, with occasional runs to IN, KY, VA, PA, NJ. Equipment: Sleeper tractor, Dry Van 53’. Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and trucks are fueled at over 800 facilities nationwide.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid CDL Class A with endorsements
• 9 months’ recent tractor-trailer experience or equivalent
• Ability to pass Ryder background, drug test, DOT physical, and road test
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies

Responsibilities include:

• Loading/unloading freight as required
• Other duties as assigned
