• Earn $1700+ per week; Top 10% can make $120k/year
• Paid Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $27.00 + $1 for every 3 Certifications/Endorsements
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 40+ hours per week
• Reliable transportation required
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Saturday & Sunday flexibility
• Per Diem Pay: $50/night
• Overnights in Ryder booked hotel or sleeper
• Paid Travel
• Sign-On Bonus: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days
• Tenure Bonus: $1000 annually from Nov 1 to Oct 31

• Schedule varies by account

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder drivers service the route, not the truck. All trucks have 24/7 roadside maintenance and fuel services at over 800 facilities.

• Deliver SOLO in New England / Northeastern States
• Tractor Types: Day Cab, Sleeper, possibly 26' Straight Truck/Flatbed
• Trailer Types: 48'-53' Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefer, Conestoga, Curtainside, Container (6 months flatbed experience required)
• Endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples
• Equipment includes Pallet Jack, Rollers, Lift Gate, Moffett
• Freight: Mix of Touch/No Touch, varies by product
• Load Securement: Strapping, Tarping, Chaining

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background, motor vehicle check, DOT physical, and road test
• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws/regulations
