Job summary

Penske Logistics in Seymour, IN is hiring full-time local Class A CDL truck drivers. You will operate late-model Penske trucks on dedicated routes, with no touch freight and home daily. The schedule is Monday–Friday with various start times and occasional weekend work.

Earn $27.50 per hour with overtime after 10 hours, plus a comprehensive benefits package from day one including paid vacation, health care, retirement benefits, disability, life insurance, uniforms, and driver referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with U.S. domicile and state license.
• Current or ability to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year tractor‑trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• Clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Compliance with all federal/state laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency meeting federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• English language proficiency meeting federal law requirements
• Work required schedule, location, complete Penske application, background investigation, drug screening
• Role regulated by the Department of Transportation or safety‑sensitive designation; ability to maintain constant state of alertness

Physical Requirements

• Must see and hear; close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and adjust focus
• Perform frequent movement: stand, walk, sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg; occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
