Penske Logistics in Minneapolis, MN is hiring Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships, with home daily and weekends off.

You will drive late-model Penske trucks, use scanners, unload with pallet jacks, and work a Mon-Fri schedule with overtime. Benefits include paid vacation from day one, comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and referral bonuses; and the company emphasizes safety and training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; must be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required (non-excepted interstate)
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency required by federal law
• Complete Penske employment application and pass background and drug screening
• Role is safety-sensitive with alertness requirements

• Average $111000 annually; earn $39 per hour, overtime after 40 hours
• Dedicated route
• Weekends off
• Local, home daily

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Dispatch time 8pm
• Monday through Friday
• Average 50 plus hours per week
• Home daily

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
