Penske Logistics LLC is seeking full-time, home daily Class A CDL truck drivers to deliver floral products to regional distribution centers with a focus on safety and reliable service. You will drive Penske trucks on routes across NJ, MD, VA and NY, including JFK Airport, and unload freights using pallet jacks.

Expect a strong benefits package, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a driver referral program up to $5,000 per referral.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and domicile in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (as required)
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• Clean DMV/MVR with few violations
• Compliance with laws, regular attendance, and ability to pass background and drug tests

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Home Daily Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Earn $33.00 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours worked
• Average annual earnings of $120000
• $5000 Sign-On Bonus
• Driver Referral Bonus Program earn up to $5000 per referral

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• Deliver floral products to regional distribution centers while maintaining timely and professional customer service
• Routes throughout NJ, MD, VA, and NY, including JFK Airport
• Unload freight using manual and electric pallet jacks and assist with return freight and backhaul pickups
• Infrequent layovers and NYC routes; additional pay available

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday with dispatch times between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Consistent schedule with Saturdays off

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

• The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
