Job summary

Penske Logistics in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver to deliver bread products to customers. You will work a 5‑day week with an 8 AM start and enjoy home daily schedules.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and appropriate driving experience; you will be part of a team delivering safe, reliable service with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required and applicants must be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card valid or obtainable before start date.
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Ability to follow all laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bread products to customers (average 5 stops per week).
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor with customers.
• Home daily.

• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function
• English language proficiency required (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Work required schedule; work at specific location; complete Penske application; submit to background investigation and drug screening
• Position regulated by DOT or designated safety sensitive; ability to work in constant state of alertness and to accept responsibility for own and others’ safety
