Penske Logistics in Chattanooga, TN is hiring immediate full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers for home-daily, dedicated routes with strong pay and benefits. Expect average annual earnings around 97k plus bonus incentives up to 10.4k, with weekly pay and a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and life coverage.

You’ll drive late-model Penske trucks and enjoy safety-focused operations. Qualifications include valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and 1–2 years of tractor-trailer

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in last 5.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer violations/accidents.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailers using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Follow route with up to 10 stops and 2 transfers per trip.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $97188 annually
• Additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
• 10 stops and 2 transfers per route

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 12AM dispatch

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
