Job summary

Penske Logistics in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking immediate opportunities for full-time Home Daily Class A CDL truck drivers. You will perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships, unload with pallet jacks, and use scanners to track products.

Home daily with a 5‑day Mon-Fri schedule and average around 50 hours per week. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid vacations from day 1, retirement plans, health coverage, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required due to safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Manage 17 stops per week.

Average $94,741 annually

Additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually

No touch - live load and unload

Local, home daily

Hazmat endorsement required upon hire; reimbursement is available for the initial endorsement.

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships


• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages


• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered


• 17 stops per week

Schedule:

• Dispatch time 4AM


• 5 day schedule, Monday through Friday


• Average 50 hours per week


• Home daily

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence


• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required


• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years


• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents


• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency


• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.


• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
