Penske Logistics is seeking local Class A CDL truck drivers in Charlton, MA. These full-time roles offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:30 PM start and an average annual pay around $92,735, plus safety incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, possess a DOT medical card, and have driving experience. Expect guaranteed home daily with paid vacation, retirement benefits, health coverage, and driver referral bonuses up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required and applicants must be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in 3 years.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency is required by federal law.

• Operate dedicated linehaul doubles route.
• Haul two 28' PUP trailers between locations (doubles).
• No touch; drop and hook.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks

• Dedicated linehaul doubles route
• Doubles assignments involve hauling two 28' PUP trailers between locations.
• No touch; drop and hook
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Consistent 1:30 PM start time

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
