Job description

Shift: Monday through Friday; 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

A Day in The Life of a CDL Truck Driver:
  • As a CDL Truck Driver you will be responsible for transporting cargo to and from specified destinations.
  • You will prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick-up of goods to ensure timely service.
  • Must have a "satisfactory" driving record.
  • Must have CDL Classification/Certification.
  • Requires applicable truck driver license for state.
  • Drive a truck with capacity up to three tons and usually six wheels to transport materials
  • Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo
  • Prepare delivery schedule
  • Deliver materials to locations designated by the customer
  • Obtain customer’s signature for proof of delivery and help to unload truck
  • Perform the duties of Warehouse Associate when not driving the truck and making deliveries
