Our drivers earn $1100 or more weekly, and the benefits get better:

• Weekly pay
• Average $1100 per week
• Hourly rate: $27.63
• Sign-on bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
• Shutdown bonus: $2000 in two installments
• Safety bonus: $250 per quarter, if applicable
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; Saturdays when needed
• Start time: 5:15 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Background and motor vehicle check, including drug/alcohol verification from last 3 years
• DOT physical
• Ryder road test
• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Class A experience:
• 9 months in past 3 years, OR
• 2 years in past 5 years, OR
• 5 years in past 10 years

• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, and policies

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and maneuver tractor trailers on yard and roads
• Comply with safety & DOT regulations, ongoing training, and customer service standards

Additional duties include:

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Detecting and addressing safety hazards
• Maintaining records and logs
• Managing yard inventory and other tasks as assigned
