Position Description

We have an opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Oklahoma City, OK.

Estimated weekly pay of $1500 or more, with details:

• Weekly pay for drivers
• Paid stops and miles
• Solo miles: $0.645 per mile (2000-2500 miles/week)
• Solo stops: $21.1562 per stop (15+ stops/week)
• Per diem: $27.24/night (2-4 nights/week)
• Night accommodations in Ryder hotel
• Up to $3400 in annual bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays. All drivers have 24/7 roadside maintenance support and fuel services at over 800 facilities.

Route details:

• Deliver to OK, TX, KS, AR, MO
• Regional route
• Tractor type: Day cab
• Manual and automatic transmission operation required
• Trailer type: Flatbed with Moffet equipment
• Experience: 6 months flatbed experience required, no tarping needed
• Freight: Brick and building supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and DOT physical
• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Verifiable Class A experience:
• 9 months in past 3 years, or
• 2 years in past 5 years, or
• 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations
