• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Hours Per Week: 50 or more hours per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.64 per Mile with 2000+ Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $25.75 per Stop with 8 - 10 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night with 2 - 3 nights per Week
• Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 1 year
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sun-Thurs OR Mon-Fri
• Start Time Averaging 5:00 AM

• Deliver SOLO to: MN, WI, SD, ND, NE & IL
• Route: Regional
• Tractor Type: Sleepers
• Trailer Type: Dry Van 53’
• Equipment: Manual Pallet Jack & Lift Gates
• Training provided for all equipment needed
• Freight: Touch – Retail Hardware Supplies
• Endorsements: Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire
• Reimbursement for endorsement costs and training support provided

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance, and fuel up at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• Pass DOT physical and road test
• Hold valid CDL A with endorsements
• Verifiable Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Detect and minimize safety hazards, maintain logs
• Assist with freight loading/unloading if required
• Perform other duties as assigned
