Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Floater Truck Driver in Waco, Texas for a regional solo route with weekly pay and excellent benefits. Expect training, a 10:00 AM–5:00 PM dispatch window, and a schedule of Sunday to Thursday.

Work 5–6 days weekly on a Sleeper tractor, with regional deliveries across TX, LA, OK, AR, KS, CO, NM. Hazmat endorsement due within 90 days of hire and full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL.
• Must be willing to work on a regional route and 5–6 days per week.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate a regional solo truck route delivering hardware equipment.
• Deliver to TX, LA, OK, AR, KS, CO, NM with Sleeper tractor and 48'–53' dry van.
• Endorsements: Hazmat; training provided; safety-driven driving decisions.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.565 per Mile with 2000 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay:$19.00 per Stop with 10 - 20 Stops per Weeks
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Working 5 - 6 days per week
• Dispatch: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM with deliveries next day between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Must be willing to assist at other locations
