Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
- Excellent physical condition and ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Route delivery and driver unload using a 53' trailer.
- Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Truck Driver CDL A Route Delivery $5K Bonus Bonus to work within 30 miles of the distribution warehouse inFrankfort, IN.Compensation - Average annual salary $85,000 to $100,000+ per year which includes:- $2,500-$5,000 sign-on bonus, based on experience.
- $27.08 training wage; Training is typically 2-4 weeks, based on experience.
- Once training is complete, Candidates will move into Activity-based pay (miles, stops, case unload, etc.)
- Typically 2,000-2,500 miles per week
- Work 50-60 hours per week.

Work Schedule- This is a 24/7 delivery operation; some routes include weekends and/or Holidays.
- Days and start times will vary; work until work is completed, typically 10-14 hours per day.
- 80% local and 20% overnight with most of the layovers being just one night.
- Routes awarded by bidding board daily, based on seniority; typically takes 1-2 years to access most desirable routes.
- Make 1-5 stops per day; routes, OH, MI, KS, NY, PA, NC, TN, KY, IN.
- Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Route delivery, driver unload, 4 wheel cart, pallet jack, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cart
- Touch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to warehouses and end-users
- Drive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Secure pallets using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
- Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
- Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
- Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop delivery using hand-cart, ramp, pallet jack preferred.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Be able to lift, push, pull 15-20 pounds with no assistance
