Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Columbus, OH, offering weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role features regional routes, a 7:00–8:00 AM dispatch window, and opportunities for advancement in a safety‑minded environment.

Pay averages $2,000 per week and $100k–$105k annually, with a $5,000 retention bonus after the first week and paid training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 30 days and 401(k) with company match after one year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass Ryder Drug Test.
• Must pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must pass a Ryder road test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo to all states east of the Mississippi River.
• Operate regional routes with the equipment described (2023/2024 automatic sleepers; Refrigerators, Inverters, Microwave and Tri-pac; Outward Facing Cameras).
• Work with well-maintained trucks and follow the scheduled dispatch window.
