Job summary

Ryder in Mount Pleasant, WI is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver with a home-daily route, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. You will drive a 53′ dry van on routes to WI, IN, and IL, with training provided to get you started.

The position offers a 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM dispatch window, weekend-free schedule, and paid training. Expect 1,600+ USD per week with per diem and stop incentives, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years OR 2 years past 5 years OR 5 years past 10 years

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Detect and minimize safety hazards and maintain logs and records
• Load/unload freight or assist as needed by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.61 per Mile with 1300 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $15.00 per Stop with 44 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $50 per night with 2-3 nights per Week
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday — Friday NO WEEKENDS
• Start Time: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM Dispatch Window

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
