Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Naperville, IL. You will operate safe, well-maintained trucks with modern equipment and support. Earn weekly pay with a $1,800 average, plus per-diem, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days.

Tractor type Sleeper, routes include multiple midwest states; training provided for all equipment. PTO, 401(k) with company match, and additional employee perks are offered to qualifying drivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL with endorsements for the position.
• Minimum 9 months experience in the past 3 years and/or 2 years past 5 years, or 5 years past 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and read regulations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of duties performed.
• Assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Naperville, IL — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

$1800 weekly Average - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Solo Miles Pay:$0.72 per Mile with 1980 Miles per Week

• Solo Stops Pay:$24.46 per Stop with 12 Stops per Week

• $1620 Weekly Guarantee

• Per Diem Pay: $55.00 per night with 2 - 4 nights per Week

• Schedule: Monday – Friday Possible Saturdays

• Start Time: Dispatch 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

• Deliver SOLOTo:NE, IA, MO, KS, MN, ND, WI, IL

• Tractor Type: Sleeper

• TrailerType:Dry Van, 53'

• Cannot Accomodate Auto Restriciton

• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

• Freight: Touch – Assembled motorcycles

Ryder Drivers operate well-maintained, safe trucks, 36 months or newer with 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Pass a Ryder Drug Test

• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

• Pass a DOT physical

• Pass a Ryder road test

• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

• Performs other duties as assigned
