Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Kenosha, WI, with a regional route that offers weekly pay, strong benefits, and growth potential within a driving career. Expect 2,000 miles per week and a schedule from Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturdays.

Drivers operate safe, well‑maintained trucks with support nationwide. The role includes a sign‑on bonus, per diem, and layover pay, along with a generous benefits package after 30 days and a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years, OR 2 years past 5 years, OR 5 years past 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay & Schedule

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.67 per Mile with average 2000 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $33.50 per Stop with average 15 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $60.00 per night with 2+ nights per Week
• Layover: $75.00 per night
• Sign on Bonus: Pays you $1750 at 30 days and $1750 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (1 Saturday per month)
• Start Time: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM Dispatch window
