Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Front Royal, VA. The role offers weekly pay with strong benefits and a dependable driving career.

Expect pay of $1,505+ per week, with regional routes, 9:00 pm–11:00 pm start times, and a Monday–Friday schedule excluding weekends. Responsibilities include compliant operation, safe loading/unloading as required, and following all safety protocols. Full benefits after 30 days, PTO, 401(k) options, and a generous sign-on package support

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Solo Miles Pay: $0.65 per Mile with 2,200 Miles per Week
• Sign On Bonus: Pays you $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities
