Compensation - $70,000-$90,000, based on experience

• Activity-based pay including miles, stops, detention, hourly, per diem, etc.
• Typical work days are 10-14 hours per day
• Bi-weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

• Work days and schedule will change week to week.
• Routes are typically 4-5 overnights, occasionally more than 5 days.
• Work schedule may change based on business needs; flexibility is required.
• Training/Orientation: Candidates will spend 1-2 weeks in Wichita, KS for training, all expenses paid.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinations.
• Adhere to FMCSA requirements, including HOS, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Check mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Report maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL A OTR experience.
• Flatbed and strapping experience required; minimum of 3 years hauling oversize equipment up to 12 feet wide preferred.
• TWIC card highly preferred; willing to obtain upon hire.
• Current DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
• In excellent physical condition; able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods with normal senses.
• Able to work in various environments and conditions: hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling 100 pounds unaided.
