Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly Pay: $1,500 Guarantee
• Hourly Rate: $28.00
• Hours per Week: 40-50
• Per Diem: $51.50/night
• Overnight stays in Ryder booked hotels
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday or Sunday - Thursday
• Start Time: 4:30 am for delivery routes; 2:00 pm or 8:00 pm for shuttle routes

Route & Equipment Details

• Deliver to: IA, IL
• Route: Local/Regional
• Tractor: Super Sleeper, Refrigerators, Inverters
• Trailer: Dry Van 53', Flatbed 48'
• Experience: 3 months flatbed experience required
• Must operate manual transmission
• Freight: Steel load securement and touch freight

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and trucks are fueled at over 800 facilities nationwide.

• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years
