Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $1700+ per week; top drivers can make $120k/year
• Weekly pay
• Hourly pay: $27.00/hr + $1 for every 3 certifications/endorsements
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 40+ hours/week
• Reliable transportation required
• Per Diem: $50/night
• Overnights in Ryder booked hotel or sleeper
• Paid travel
• Sign-on bonus: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days
• Annual tenure bonus: $1000
• Paid training

Equipment & Route Details

• Trucks are three years or newer
• Service the route, not the truck
• 24/7 roadside maintenance by Ryder-trained technicians
• Deliver solo to New England / Northeastern States
• Tractor types: Day cab, sleeper, possible 26' straight truck/flatbed
• Trailer types: 48'-53' flatbed, dry van, reefer, conestoga, curtainside, container (flatbed preferred, reefer required)
• Endorsements: Hazmat, tanker, doubles/triples required

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Hold appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years in past 5 years OR 5 years in past 10 years
• Follow instructions and interpret laws/regulations
