Job summary

Ryder in Groveport, OH is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver. You will work a route across the Eastern US with a Monday–Friday schedule and a start around 6:00 AM. The position offers a $1,340 weekly guarantee, $25.50 per hour, and overtime after 40 hours.

Ryder provides paid training, per diem of $50 per night, and hotels while on the road. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO from day 1, uniforms, boot allowance, 401(k) with company match after one year, and generous home-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• DOT physical and Ryder road test required.
• 1 year dry van experience OR specified years in last 5/10 years.
• No disqualifications per drug and background checks.

• Detecting and eliminating safety hazards and maintaining accurate records/logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting as required by customer

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
