Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Bensalem, PA. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide service network.

The position features a local home-daily shuttle with 9 months to 5 years experience options, a day-time schedule, and a Driver-first culture focused on safety and reliability. Eligible for PTO from day one and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A with endorsements for the position.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and Ryder drug test.
• Background check and motor vehicle records check required for last 3 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company rules.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of trips.
• Load/unload freight or assist as needed per customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Daily Trip Pay: $270 - $600 Per Trip
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
• Start Time: 10:00 pm

• Route: Local Home Daily- Shuttle

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
