Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Savannah, GA, offering weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. The role delivers solo to GA, SC, FL with a home-daily route, schedule Mon-Fri, start times 3:00 AM–8:00 AM, and no-touch freight with some strap/chain work.

Average weekly earnings are around $1,530, with mileage pay of $0.72 per mile and stop pay of $25 per stop.

$1530 average per week and it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Mileage Pay: $0.72 CPM with an average of 1600 per week
• Stop pay: $25.00 per stop with an average of 15 per week
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM

• Deliver SOLOTo:GA, SC, FL
• Route: Home Daily
• Tractor Type: Day Cab
• Trailer Type: Flatbed - 1 year of flatbed experience required
• Freight: No Touch but will strap and chain product

Ryder Drivers operate well-maintained, safe trucks, 36 months or newer with 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
