Position Description

Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in San Antonio, TX. We will buy your truck! Transition from Owner Operator to Company Driver with ease.

Compensation includes:

• Weekly Pay: $1112 or more
• Hourly Rate: $27.81
• Hours per Week: 35-45
• Paid Training
• Schedule: 7-day operation, 2 days off
• Start Time: 5:00 AM

Trucks are three years or newer. Drivers service the route, not the truck, with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling support at over 800 facilities.

Route details:

• Deliver within 150 miles of San Antonio
• Home daily
• Day Cab tractors
• 53' Dry Van trailers
• No-touch freight: Drop & Hook, Donated Goods

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies
