Position Description

Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Hazelton, PA. For more info, call Caely or text "Hazleton" to 904-541-8943. https://RyderCareers.Video/DriverLife

Expected pay: $1375 or more per week, with weekly pay, hourly rate of $25.00, and a schedule from Monday to Friday starting between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.

• Paid training and sign-on bonus of $1000 ($500 at 30 days and $500 at 90 days)
• Local, home daily routes delivering to DE, NJ, PA with dry van trailers
• Trucks are newer (36 months or newer), include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and fuel is paid at over 800 facilities nationwide

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
• 9 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within 5 years, or 5 years within 10 years
• Ability to pass Ryder's drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws, rules, and policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Assist with freight loading/unloading if required
• Perform other duties as assigned
