Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Graham, WA, offering a local home-daily route with no-touch freight and a path to a steady driving career. The role features a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,240, with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

The position includes 40-hour weeks, Sunday-Thursday schedule, and equipment that is well-maintained. You’ll be evaluated on safety, reliability, and compliance with DOT rules as you support our nationwide logistics

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide a valid Class A CDL and endorsements.
• 9 months of experience in the last 3 years, OR 2 years in the last 5 years, OR 5 years in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
