Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly Pay: $1650 or more
• Hourly Rate: $27.00
• Hours per Week: 40-50
• Loyalty Bonus: $1500 at 6 months and 1 year
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends
• Start Time: 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Route and Equipment

• Deliver solo to PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD
• Local, home daily routes
• Tractor Type: Day Cab
• Trailer: Flatbed 48' or 53'
• Must have at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Ryder provides training on all equipment
• Freight: Load securement only – metals

Trucks are 36 months or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fuel at over 800 facilities nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• DOT physical and road test
• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Class A experience: 9 months in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies
