• 4AM - Finish
• Pay - Up to $100,000 / yr
• 10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Must be okay with 1-2 overnights per week

Position Purpose :

Food and food service delivery drivers play a critical role in the country's food supply chain. They ensure products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, while building lasting relationships with customers.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Drive tractor-trailers or straight trucks on local, over-the-road, shuttle, and overnight routes to deliver and unload food products safely and timely, complying with DOT regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks, inspections, and report issues.
• Ensure proper loading, securing freight, and accurate paperwork.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and handle customer payments where applicable.
• Secure equipment and complete logs and paperwork daily.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of tractor trailer driving experience
• Valid State licensing and/or certification
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass drug test, background check, road test, and have or obtain DOT Health Card
• Ability to lift 10-90 pounds as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1+ years in foodservice distribution
• Experience with onboard computer and electronic logs (e.g., PeopleNet)
• Experience with delivery scanning systems (e.g., POD)
• Customer service experience
